As a busy mom of four, Jen understands how important and difficult it can be to make fitness a part of your life. This understanding allows her to make sure every member gets the most effective and appropriate workout for their own busy lives. Despite a lifelong involvement in dance, it wasn't until Jen's mom passed away at an early age that she really made fitness and health a priority in her life and started running. To better her performance as an endurance athlete, she tried a CrossFit class and was hooked. Jen is always on the quest for more knowledge about fitness and plans on completing her CrossFit Level 1 and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance certifications in the near future.
