I'm a runner so I thought Crossfit wouldn't be too hard. Um, I was wrong. I've only been going for 5 weeks so far, but I can already tell that it's making a difference. The coaches are very helpful - which is important since there are so many different skills to learn. On multiple occasions they have made me back down from weights I wasn't ready to handle so that I wouldn't hurt myself. I can't wait for the next WOD, and I mostly mean it.
