The very first crossfit workout I did was with Brandon Shriner and Chris Sansbury. They were preparing for last year's regional. Needless to say, I wasn't even close to their level (nor am I now) and I got slaughtered. I couldn't overhead squat, couldn't do any sort of kipping or butterfly pull up's, couldn't handstand walk, couldn't clean and had no idea how to snatch. The list of things I wasn't able to do was quite long. Today, nearly a year later, I can do all of those things but certainly would not have got this far without all the help and guidance from all the coaches and the support of this awesome community. I still have a long way to go and there is much more to do but I have progressed, I have learned and I'm better!
